Officials stated that on Sunday morning, June 8, 2025, the situation at the Poipet International Border Gate, Banteay Meanchey Province, was very congested after the Thai side adjusted the opening hours of the border gate. However, border officials from both countries continued to talk and facilitate border crossings between the two countries.
