Jon Ossoff in the fall, according to the Associated Press. With about 59% of the expected vote counted, Collins led Derek Dooley 55% to 45%, according to the AP.   Two people were shot, one fatally, at a hospital in Delaware on Tuesday, and a manhunt is underway for the alleged shooter, Wilmington police said. Law enforcement officials earlier told ABC News a hospital employee is suspected of shooting two co-workers. The shooting occurred at Wilmington Hospital around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said. One of the shooting victims died, according to Wilmington Police Chief Wilfredo Campos.
